Robert is the Executive Director of Peace in the Home, Inc., and the former principal of Partington & Associates, a management consulting firm. Robert holds Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Counseling degrees from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He brings to the team an ability to integrate theological truth with clinical wisdom for the benefit of family relationships.

Melissa is the wife of Robert, and a mother of four children. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sweet Briar College, and is currently working as a Worldwide Enablement Manager in IBM's Software Group. Melissa brings to the team strong communication and presentation skills, complemented by solid technical expertise. Along with Robert, she is the co-founder of Peace in the Home, Inc.

Chris is the husband of Isa, and the father of three beautiful children. Chris is a graduate of the University of Akron, and holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering. He is currently employed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a software programmer. Chris brings to our group a wonderful collection of skills and personal attributes, including solid technical expertise for the Internet.

Bill is the husband of Jennifer, and a father of three children. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Materials Management from Bowling Green State University. Bill is the founder and President of "Homelink, LLC", a personalized, full service home maintenance company. Bill brings to the team strong entrepreneurial skills, particularly in the areas of marketing, promotion and customer service.

Bill is the husband of Sharon, and the father of three young children. Bill holds a B.S. from Georgetown University, and an M.D. degree from Emory University. He currently serves as medical director for the general outpatient pediatric clinics at VCU Health System on the MCV campus. Bill is a member of the American College of Pediatricians and the Christian Medical and Dental Association, two organizations which promote biblical values among their membership. Bill brings to the team years of caring for children, and providing guidance to their parents.

Molly is the wife of Wes, and a mother of three children. She holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware and an M.A. from Regent University. Molly served a recent Virginia governor as a liaison in governmental affairs, as well as in the press office. She has also served as a communication director for a national public policy organization. Molly brings to the team strong writing, relational and communication skills.

Stephanie is the wife of John, and the mother of two precious young children. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Richmond, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She currently serves as Vice President and Controller for Virginia Credit Union. As teasurer, Stephanie brings to the team financial expertise and solid business experience.

Doug serves as the Chief Credit Officer of Union Bankshares Corporation, and has worked in the commercial and real estate lending, credit and portfolio management areas of banking his entire career. Doug brings to the team financial expertise and solid business sense.
